John Dunn

Hello, I’m John Dunn, CCIM, RPA and I am the broker/owner of Dunn and Company, LLC and I would like to personally welcome you and tell you a little about myself and my associates. We work with a variety of buyers and sellers from the first time home buyer, move-up buyers, buyers relocating from out of state and investors.

I have been in the real estate business since 1982. I’ve bought, sold and managed a wide range of properties, from single family homes, duplexes, apartments, medical and office building to mobile home parks.

I graduated from West Virginia State College with a degree in real estate. I hold the “Real Property Administrator” (RPA) designation from the Building Owners Managers Institute. Also, I hold the “Certified Commercial Investment Member” (CCIM) designation from the CCIM Institute. I am a licensed Real Estate Broker and a member of the Denver Metropolitan Commercial Association of Realtors (DMCAR) and the Denver Board of Realtors. I am a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) and serve on the local chapter’s board of directors. I am a graduate of the Dale Carnegie Institute and have served as a graduate assistant to several instructors. I am also active in the community and have served for several years on the Board of Directors of the Denver Tech Center Kiwanis Club.

I’m married to my beautiful wife Debra and we have two sons Monte and Jake.
